Four offices, two time zones, three languages
Nearshore only works if working hours overlap. Our three offices in Morocco, in Casablanca (Boulevard d’Anfa), Rabat and Marrakech, cover Europe and Africa; our Ottawa office covers North America. The Casablanca office is open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. In Morocco, a team manager comes to meet you at your premises, wherever you are, or welcomes you at one of our offices. Our teams work in French, English and Arabic — useful when your product itself needs those three languages, with a true right-to-left layout.
A direct channel (WhatsApp or Slack) connects your team with ours. Every month, a report covers progress, performance, incidents, hosting costs and priorities.

How much does it cost to hire a dedicated developer in Morocco?
We quote monthly, based on the roles, how many people and how long the engagement runs. One embedded mobile engineer and a full squad with a project manager are very different budgets, which is why we don’t publish a rate card. After the free scoping call, you get a proposal with the team composition and its monthly cost.
How quickly can a team start?
Allow 1 to 2 weeks to onboard a senior engineer and 3 to 5 weeks for a squad of 4 to 6 with its lead. Timing depends mostly on the roles you need and how fast access to your tools is set up.
What if an engineer isn’t the right fit?

Who owns the code the team writes?

Will the engineers work our hours and speak our language?

Can you join a team working on an existing codebase?
