The challenge

A simple booking. A coordinated service.

An at-home car wash sounds simple. To make it work, you have to connect the choice of service, an exact address, a time slot, payment — and the washer who accepts the job.

Our answer

We connected the customer’s journey to the washer’s. A booking carries the service, the location and the order details all the way to the person doing the job, while the customer follows every step.
