Privacy policy
This policy explains how VCTRUM (“we”) collects, uses and shares your information when you visit vctrum.com or interact with us. We operate from Casablanca, Rabat and Marrakech (Morocco) and Ottawa (Canada) and work with clients around the world.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide to us: name, email address, phone number, company and project details, when you fill out the brief, request a proposal, or write to us by email or WhatsApp.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and visit duration, through cookies and analytics tools.
- Information from third parties: when you contact us through LinkedIn or another platform, we receive the information you have authorized that platform to share.
2. How we use your information
- to respond to your requests and prepare proposals or quotes;
- to provide, follow up on and improve our services;
- to communicate with you about your projects;
- to analyze site traffic and improve the site;
- to comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Legal bases
Depending on the regulations that apply to your situation — including Law No. 09-08 in Morocco, PIPEDA in Canada and the GDPR for visitors from the European Union — we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating our business and compliance with our legal obligations.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- our service providers who help us operate the site and our business (hosting, email delivery, analytics, CRM, messaging), and who are bound by confidentiality;
- the authorities when required by law or a court order;
- a potential successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganization, subject to the same confidentiality safeguards.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to operate the site, remember your preferences and measure traffic. You can disable them in your browser; some parts of the site may then not work as well.
6. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described, including to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Inquiry messages are generally kept for 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them.
7. International transfers
We operate in Morocco and Canada and may transfer your information between these countries to provide our services, with appropriate safeguards where required by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw your consent and file a complaint with the competent authority (the CNDP in Morocco, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada). 9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted communications, access controls and regular security reviews. No transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
10. Minors
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under the age of 16.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision; significant changes will be announced here.
